Who we are

This site is operated by 4Max Solutions Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("4Max Solutions", "we", "us"). We also trade asIACWorks at iacworks.com. For the purposes of UK GDPR, 4Max Solutions Limited is the data controller for information collected through this site.

What we collect

We only collect what you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), country, and the message you write. We don't run analytics, advertising trackers, or any tooling of our own that profiles visitors.

How the contact form works

When you submit the contact form, we send a 6-digit verification code to the email address you provided and hold your submission temporarily — for up to 10 minutes — while we wait for you to enter it. If you enter the correct code, your message is sent to our support inbox and the temporary copy is deleted immediately. If the code isn't entered within 10 minutes, the temporary copy is deleted automatically regardless of verification status. This protects our inbox from spam and impersonation, and means unverified submissions never reach us.

Why we process it, and our legal basis

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest — responding to enquiries sent to us. We don't use your details for marketing without your explicit opt-in, and we never sell or rent your data.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Resend — handles delivery of the verification and enquiry emails (based in the US).
• Cloudflare — provides hosting, the contact form's backend, and security for this site (global infrastructure).

Both providers operate under Data Processing Agreements and their own privacy policies. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, this is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable Data Privacy Framework arrangements.

How long we keep it

Temporary verification data is deleted within 10 minutes, whether or not you complete verification. Once a message is verified and reaches our support inbox, it's kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then removed during routine mailbox maintenance.

Data security

All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Temporary submission data is encrypted at rest while it's held. Access to submitted data is restricted to what our team needs to respond to enquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we keep retention limited to what's functionally necessary.

Cookies

We don't set cookies of our own, and we don't run analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may set minimal cookies for security and abuse prevention as part of delivering this site — these aren't used for tracking and don't require consent.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, or provide it to you in a portable format. To do so, contact us at[email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local EU/EEA data protection authority.

This site may link to other websites, including iacworks.com. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and IT professionals. It isn't directed at, and we don't knowingly collect data from, children under 16.
